Pre-Approval Purchase Packages
This pre-approval package consists of documents that verify you are a serious and qualified buyer. These are characteristics that sellers look for when accepting your offer. Whether you want to know your max property qualification or have a specific monthly mortgage payment in mind I will provide the package to you based on your specifications. Pre-Approval packages are created for a variety of property types (Single Family Residence, 2-4 unit properties, Condo, etc.) and Occupancy types (Primary Residence, Investment, Second Home).
Mortgage Analysis for Refinance/Purchase
The Mortgage Analysis provided to you will compare your current mortgage parameters (property value, rate, term, monthly payment) vs your refinanced parameters. With rates as low as they are, clients have been saving hundreds on their monthly payment. I create the mortgage analysis to your preference whether its saving monthly on your mortgage payment or lowering the term of your loan with the same monthly payment. Don't want to pay for closing costs? There are options to receive lender credit to net against these closing costs.
